The ASUS ZenPad S 8.0 is a 8-inch tablet announced in June, 2015. It runs on Android Lollipop operating system. The device is crafted with premium metallic finish at the back and its ultra slimness provides gentle feel while holding in one's hand. It comes with two memory variant, 5MP main / 2 front camera, Li-Polymer battery and two color options. It might take on the likes of Asus Zenfone 2, Sony Xperia Z1 compact and Gionee Elife E7. Display and Design

The tablet is a combination of beauty and performance. Its front is dominated by a 8-inch LED back light screen which comes with a 2048x1536 pixels resolution. It responds very beautifully to the multi-touch gesture of up to 10 finger. It is also coated with Anti-fingerprint technology and is armed with full lamination. So, there is no question of scratches or damages. Other beauty effects company has added in the tablet is its metallic finish back which is decorated with a diamond hairline pattern. It helps in providing grip so that user can comfortably hold it one's hand. The dimensions of the tablet includes 203.2x134.5x6.9mm and it weighs at 317 grams.

The processor used in the tablet is a 2.3GHz Quad-core 64-bit Intel Atom 3580 processor and PowerVR G6430 GPU. For the camera lovers, company has implemented 5 MP camera on the back panel and 2 MP camera on the front frame. But if we consider its other features and price, the camera unit is quite less. For the storage purpose, it has two options in internal memory 16 GB and 32 GB. It also supports microSD card slot for the external storage capacity.
