Lenovo A5000 is a mid-range smartphone announced by the company in April, 2015. It is available at a decent price and supports specifications accordingly. It owns the amazing parameters both on the screen, configuration and especially large battery capacity up to 4000 mAh which is the main highlight of this smartphone. It is a dual SIM smartphone which comes with dual standby option. It supports one Mini-SIM and one Micro-SIM. The sales package include headset, battery, USB cable, user manual and warranty card. Display and Dimensions

It owns a simple design, but not losing the traditional and elegant style of Lenovo. It's rear side is made of durable polycarbonate plastic and weighing 160 grams combined with round edges which makes it easy to hold in one hand. It has a large 5.0 inch IPS capacitive touchscreen which offers a resolution of 1280x720 pixels, 294 ppi pixel density and 16 Million color support.

The IPS technology helps to increase the contrast and brightness and delivers an extremely wide viewing angle while viewing images, web browsing, especially while playing games. It is a multi-touch device which carries a height of 140 mm, a width of 71.4 mm and a thickness of 10 mm.

Processor and Operating System

It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core Cortex-A7 processor joined with Mediatek MT6582 chipset. The 1 GB RAM ensures high performance and decent multitasking capabilities through which the user can do more things at the same time. It comes with Android v4.4.2 (KitKat) operating system.

Camera and Storage

It has an 8 MP rear auto-focus camera with LED flash light which helps to click pictures in both day or night conditions. On the other side, Lenovo has fixed 2 MP front shooter which you can use for selfies or to video calls. It comes loaded with 8 GB of internal memory which can be further expanded up to 32 GB through microSD card and can easily store songs, images, videos, applications and games.

Connectivity and Battery

For the purpose of connectivity, it comes loaded with number of attributes like Bluetooth, A-GPS, GPS, EDGE, GPRS and Wi-Fi. Its main attraction is its non removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery which can promise up to 35 hours of talktime and up to 768 hours of standby time over 2G and up to 17 hours talktime and up to 804 hours standby time over 3G network.

Shades and Price

This dual SIM smartphone comes in Black and White shades which is expected to be priced around INR 17,000.
