Nokia 6720 classic launched by Telstra in Australia

Telstra, Australia’s largest mobile carrier, today announced the Nokia 6720 classic, a candybar first unveiled by Nokia back in February this year. Available in Australia starting September 15, the Nokia 6720 classic is joining Telstra’s Next G and BlueTick line-up of phones.

The features of Telstra’s 6720 classic include: 2.2 inch TFT QVGA display with 16 million colors, GSM and HSDPA connectivity, GPS, Whereis Navigator, email (Microsoft ActiveSync), BigPond TV, Music player, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP Carl Zeiss camera, and a 1GB memory card included.

Telstra offers the Nokia 6720 classic for free to Consumer and Telstra Business customers who sing a contract agreement for $40 per month. Telstra Enterprise & Government customers can get the phone for free too, on an Enterprise Fleet Plan at $40 or higher.
