The Samsung Galaxy Tab is a wide range of tablet computers based on an Android platform. Although the basic functionality is the same these tablets range in display screen sizes from the 7 inch Galaxy Tab P1000 to the 10 inch Galaxy Tab 2 to the 8.9 inch Galaxy Tab 730. A TFT display packed with a great resolution provides rich, clear and vivid graphics. Processing power is provided by 1 GHz dual core or single core processor. Many tablets also come with a 512 MB RAM for speedy browsing, downloading and interactivity with applications. Internal memory ranges from 16 GB to 32 GB to 64 GB. All these tablets come with a micro SD card slot for memory expansion, up to 32 GB. Users have access to countless applications through the Android Market, songs, videos, games and movies. The Galaxy Tab devices are fitted with a rear and front camera. The front camera enables users to make video calls, converting the tablet into a phone. Other common features include GPS, Bluetooth, Wifi, 3G connectivity, a 3.5mm audio jack, Adobe Flash player and much more. These tablets provide rich multimedia content flawlessly.
