Sony Xperia M2 is the latest micro dual SIM, dual standby mid-range smartphone by Japanese giant, Sony which was showcased at 2014 Mobile World Congress in February and will be launched soon in the upcoming months globally. It has got a powerfully embedded Li-Ion 2300mAh battery with a standby time of up to 633 hours, a talk time of up to 14.6 hours, a music playback time of up to 58.41 hours and a video playback time of up to 8.25 hours with Sony's battery STAMINA mode.

This smartphone has a height of 139.7mm, a width of 71.1mm and a thickness of 8.6mm as its dimensions along with a weight of 148gms and runs on 2G(GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) and 3G(HSDPA 850/900/1900/2100 MHz) network frequencies with a built-in 4G/LTE modem. It will be available in White, Black and Purple shades at an expected price of INR 22,000.

Sony Xperia M2 has got a 4.8-inch, capacitive and multi-touch(up to 4 fingers), TFT touchscreen display with a qHD resolution of 540x960 pixels, 16M color depth, 229ppi pixel density, gesture input, screenshot capturing, pan & zoom, face detection, shake control, scratch-resistant glass and illumination effect. It has got a RAM of 1GB along with a flash memory of 8GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via a microSD memory card slot.
