The Vertu Signature S is a member of Signature series introduced by Vertu, which is known for its handmade handsets in England. It was released in October, 2008. Experienced craftsman has designed these mobiles with the finest materials. The Signature S comes in a pack with spare battery, micro USB cable, car charger, wall charger with regional plug heads and polishing cloth.

Display and Dimensions

The handset features a 2.0-inch TFT screen with 240x320 pixels display resolution and 200 ppi pixel density. The 16 M color depth enables you experience true life clarity. The screen of the phone also come coated with a scratch-resistant glass to avoid any scratch. The device has a length of 130mm, a width of 42mm and a thickness of 13mm as its dimensions and it weighs between 166 grams.

Connectivity and Memory

The Signature S works on both 2G/3G network frequency and it offers a GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB cable as its connectivity features. In the terms of memory, the phone has 4GB internal memory and it supports phonebook entries of about 2000 contacts. There is no microSD card for the additional storage.

Multimedia

It provides messaging facilities to its users like SMS, MMS and Email. You can also play games in your idle time. Moreover, the phone supports many languages like English, German, Italian, French, Spanish and Chinese. Some other features like organizer, predictive text input and voice memo are also present on the phone.

Shades and Battery

The phone receives a backup from Li-Ion battery that gives a 2G talk time of up to 5 hours 30 minutes and standby time of up to 300 hours. The company has offered this phone in three color options including White Gold, Stainless Steel and Yellow Gold.
