BlackBerry Curve Apollo Review

Overview

BlackBerry Curve Apollo: The first curve phone

The BlackBerry Curve Apollo, also known as the BlackBerry Curve 9360, has been raising a lot of speculations since it is not yet out in the market, save for the photos leaked in the Internet. But Smartphone aficionados have placed their bet as to what the upcoming gadget is about to reveal and how it will be different from the rest of manufacturer, RIM.

Blackberry Apollo is said to be the first of the curve phones to feature OS 7, a gateway of sorts to numerous BlackBerry applications. It is also believed to boast HVGA 480X360 display, the signature QWERTY keyboard, and 5 MP camera with flash, an upgrade from its predecessor that only has 2MP. Apollo is also believed to be the first of the Curve series with NFC capabilities, powered by Tavor MG-1 800MHz CPU with 512MB of RAM. Suspected in store, too, are GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, quad band GSM, GPRS, EDGE as well as tri-band UMTS and HSPA at 7.2mbps.
