Celkon Millennia Q450 is a budget smartphone from the India based company, Celkon. It has a dual SIM configuration to support two SIM's at a time. It also supports 3G video calling facility which is very less seen in the budget smartphones. Feature wise, it is very rich device, it packs a 4.5-inch display, Quad-core processor, KitKat operating system, 4GB internal memory, 5 MP main camera and lot more. Its a perfect option for those buyers who want performance and style together. Inside the sales package, it packs handset, microUSB cable, charger, In-Ear type earphones, screen guard, user manual and warranty card.

Display and Design

The front of this device adorns a 4.5-inch IPS display which has a screen resolution of 800x480 pixels. It is an ideal screen for viewing pictures, videos, text files and playing games. Dimensions of the body includes 135mm height, 67.7mm width, 9.73mm thickness and it weighs around 147 grams. The handset is a bit bulky and heavy but it fits easily into one's palm because of its normal size. It is also built with proximity, gravity and light sensors.

Under the hood, it packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor which handles basic operations of the phone. It is coupled with 512MB RAM which may seem small but it is enough for the device with such a modest specifications. For the camera lovers, it brings only 5MP primary camera which offer flash feature to let you click pictures in dim light condition. It is also capable of recording videos.
