Overview

Basic Featured Touch Type Phone

Hi-Tech Cellphone Pvt. Ltd. is the Kolkata based Indian company that was founded in the year 2008 and particularly deals with the Telecom and Electronics sector. Its Hi-Tech HT-810 Youth phone got launched in January, 2013 but has been discontinued by the company now. It was a basic featured touch type phone with some good features.

Design and Display

HT 810 Youth had a candy bar shape with smooth curves that made it easy to hold and carry in pocket. The front was featured with a 3.5 inch TFT capacitive screen and three soft touch buttons beneath it.

Telephony and Messaging

The phone used to come with the Dual SIM facility and Dual stand-by support that means you could use two networks at the same time. It used to operate on the 2G GSM 900 / 1800 MHz frequencies only. For messaging, it supported SMS, MMS, Email, IM and Group SMS. It also had the T9 dictionary to help in typing.

Camera

The phone performed well on the camera front. It was featured a 3.2 MP camera at the back with 2048x1536 pixels resolution.

Entertainment

The phone performed well on the entertainment part as well. It was loaded with the music player and video player. Other than that user could view pictures on the image viewer, record videos with the video recorder, tune to FM radio, record the favorite show or song from the radio, record voice with the voice recorder and play games.

Connectivity and Battery

As far as connectivity was concerned, the phone was GPRS and WAP enabled. Along with that, it had Bluetooth support that helped you transfer your files wirelessly. With the USB support you could connect your laptop with the phone and transfer files to and fro. The 1200 mAh Li-ion battery in the phone gave decent battery backup.

Other Features

Additionally, it had an interactive user interface screen, specialized locking system, supported KING movie and H-Baazar apps.
