LeTV is a Chinese television manufacturer who has recently started their mobile line up with three new smartphones. LeTV Le 1 is one of those smartphones. It was announced in April, 2015 and packs a large screen, octa-core processor, wonderful camera, 3 GB RAM along with three variants of internal memory. Unlike other smartphone of this line, it is crafted in plastic body. Let's have a brief look of its specification below:

Display and Design

The front of the phone adorns a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen that offers quality visual of images, videos, texts etc. It flaunts 16Million display colors and offers 1080x1920 pixels screen resolution. It responds to multitouch gestures beautifully. Measurement wise, it has a height of 148.4 mm, width of 73.8 mm, thickness of 9.4 mm and it weighs around 177 grams. Which means the phone is heavy and bulky in size. It also has dual SIM slot to support two SIMs.

Processor and OS

At the heart, it packs a 2.2GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) processor along with PowerVR G6200 GPU. It is coupled with 3GB RAM to handle all the basic operations efficiently. Running the device is a latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system which is based on EUI.

Camera and Memory

For the photography, it comes equipped with a 13 MP camera at the back with LED flash, auto-focus, digital zoom, geo-tagging feature. It provides a picture resolution of 4128x3096 pixels. For the front shots, it has 5 MP secondary camera. Other camera features are Sony Sensor, OIS and f/2.0 aperture. Storage wise, it comes in three options of internal memory - 16/ 32 / 64 GB but it lacks external memory.

Connectivity and Battery

It operates on 2G, 3G and 4G network band frequencies. It offers Bluetooth v4.1, microUSB, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS as its connectivity features. For the backup, it comes loaded with 3000mAh battery under the hood. The social networking sites like Facebook and twitter are also there in the phone. It also packs 3.5 mm jack, FM Radio, video player and music player as for entertainment purpose.

The LeTV Le 1 comes in only White color option and is priced around INR 15,175 approximately.
