Flagship Smartphone With Impressive Design And Specifications

LG G4 is a flagship smartphone of LG that comes with impressive design and specifications. It was announced in April, 2015 and released in June, 2015. The leather back cover is a mainstream of the phone. It supports high-level water and dust resistance. It packs a 5.5-inch screen, 16 MP camera, Lollipop operating system, powerful 3000mAh battery, 3 GB RAM and hexa-core processor. The brief description of this phone is given below :

Display and Design

The phone features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen at front with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. It flaunts a color depth of 16 Million and pixel density of 538ppi that ensures true life clarity of the screen. The Corning Gorilla Glass 4 technology is also used on phone to avoid any type of scratch. Dimension wise, it measures a height of 148.9 mm, width of 76.1 mm, thickness of 9.8 mm and it weighs around 155 grams. But yes, its big screen, bulky size and heavy weight make it difficult to fit in one's palm for long hours.

Processor and OS

Under the hood, it packs a Hexa-core (Dual-core 1.8 GHz Cortex-A57 quad-core 1.44 GHz Cortex-A53) processor, Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 and Adreno 418 GPU. It is aided to 3 GB RAM for handling all the basic operations with ease and to provide smooth app performance. Running the device is a Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

Camera

For the shutterbugs, it has wonderful 16 MP camera on the back panel which allows you to experience amazing photography. The front panel of the phone includes 8 MP camera which we can expect in only flagship smartphone as some of the mid-range smartphone supports this figure as main camera. Its other camera features are Dual LED flash, geo-tagging, face detection, optical image stabilization, laser and digital zoom. Moreover, the main camera supports 2160p @ 30 fps video and 1080p @ 60 fps video recording. The highest resolution one can set for the pictures is 5312x2988 pixels.

Memory

To save all the pictures, videos, music files, video recording, texts and contacts, this phone comes loaded with an internal memory of 32 GB and an expandable memory support of up to 128GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

It operates on 2G, 3G and 4G network frequencies. The connectivity attributes of the phone includes Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, microUSB v2.0 and GPS/A-GPS. It is a dual SIM smartphone. For backup, it comes loaded with a Li-Ion 3000mAh battery under the hood that supports maximum 2G talktime of up to 10 hours and standby time of up to 375 hours.
