2016 Flagship Killer

After One Plus One Chinese smartphone maker launched their second featured rich flag-ship device One Plus 2. On the company's official page it is titled as 2016 Flagship Killer. Let's check out as if it is really a flag-ship killer or not.

Design and Display

The device features a 5.5 inch Full HD LCD In-cell display with 1920 x 1080  pixels of resolution. At 401 pixels per density it supports 16 million display color. You can visualize high definition images, videos etc. Corning Gorilla Glass is there to protect your screen from any damage. It has dimensions of 151.8 x 74.9 x 9.85 mm. 5.5 inch screen size is still the same as One Plus One but, body material used is better than last time. Its outer frame is crafted from a alloy of aluminium and magnesium metal. Now you won't find any distracting logos and navigation keys are disappear behind a sleek panel of black glass. Its display perform outstandingly in dim light without straining your eyes.

Camera

The smartphone is equipped with 13 mega-pixelprimary camera with Optical Image Stabilization. camera's megapixels fail to detect the camera quality. It is the quality of its image sensor and optics which specifies camera quality. The front camera lets you shoot self-portrait at 5 megapixels of camera and includes a two tone flash and a laser-focusing system. You can shoot 4K videos Slow Motion 720p video at 120fps.

Processor

Processor is the integral part of any smartphone. Built on premium 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 1.8GHz Octa-core CPU it takes browsing experience to a new level. You can experience better speed while working on apps and playing games. It is mated with 3GB LPDDR4 RAM. You will never run out of space with it's 16 GB internal memory. But, there is no space for microSD card slot. It works on Oxygen OS based on Android v5.1. Finger print sensor is there in the phone which enables you to unlock your smartphone quickly and securely with one touch.

Connectivity

In terms of connectivity it offers GSM: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz, WCDMA: Bands: 1/2/4/5/8, FDD-LTE: Bands: 1/2/4/5/7/8/12/17, dual-band Wi-Fi: 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n and 5GHz 802.11a/n/ac, bluetooth 4.1, Internal GPS antenna + GLONASS and digital compass.

Battery

The One Plus 2 packs in a powerful Non-removable Li-Po 3300 mAh battery. There is no need to charge it again and again. It's long lasting battery will stay charged through even the busiest day.

Shades and Price

The company has launched this smartphone in only single shade that is Black. But, they are offering extra additional rear covers. The company has named it as StyleSwap system which allows you to change the look and style of your smartphone. This system helps you to swap your rear panel very easily and quickly just in seconds. These panels are available in five materials Sandstone Black, Bamboo, Rosewood, Black Apricot and Kevlar. Now comes to the price section as this smartphone is available in two memory options so, it's 16 GB memory variant with 3 GB RAM priced at Rs. 22,999 (approx.) while other variant which is of 64 GB with 4 GB RAM priced at Rs. 24,999.
