The Samsung Galaxy Core Lite is a latest smartphone in the market announced in June 2014. It comes with the premium looks and its dimensions make it easy to handle. Fully loaded with features, it is able to serve every requirement of the users. It has a decent camera, processor and memory.

Display and Dimensions

It boasts a 4.7-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with the color depth and pixel density as 16M and 199ppi respectively. It provides a screen resolution of 480x800 pixels which is good enough for the rich view of the screen. The dimension of the phone is measured as 133.1mm(length) and 70mm(width), 9.9mm(thickness). The phone has a slim outlook and it resembles Galaxy S3, the other device by Samsung. It features proximity and accelerometer sensors for the user comfort.

Software

Galaxy Core Lite packs a quad core processor under the hood that clocked at 1.2GHz speed which is quite faster and perform its task smoothly. The processor is coupled with 1GB RAM. The device operates on the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system for intuitive experience.

Camera and Storage

To let the users capture their precious moments, the phone comes equipped with an auto-focus 5MP camera on the back panel which is also capable of recording videos of 720p at 30fps. Some of the additional features offered by the rear camera are Geo-tagging, LED flash, touch focus, face and smile detection. The highest resolution user can set for their pictures is 2592x1944 pixels. The phone supports an internal memory of 8GB which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card.

Connectivity and Battery

It operates on 2G, 3G and 4G network frequencies which enables you enjoy fast surfing speed. For wireless data sharing and PC connectivity, the phone has Bluetooth and USB port. While other connectivity attributes like Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE and NFC assist a data connection. The phone is equipped with Li-ion 2000mAh battery for the unobstructed backup.

Telephone and Messaging

On social networking front, options like Google search, YouTube and Google talk also comes pre-loaded. Messaging facility on the phone includes SMS, MMS, Email, IM, RSS with the predictive text input facility. There are calendar, Picasa, voice memo/dial, document viewer and image/video editor present in the phone as the special features.

Entertainment

For the user entertainment, the phone houses a FM Radio and audio player that supports an audio formats like MP4, H.263 player and WAV.
