Sansui S281 is a basic feature phone with dual SIM capabilities, released in July, 2014. The box contents include a handset, charger, battery, headset, user manual and warranty card. The details of phone are given below.

Design and Display

Sansui S281 is a bar shaped device which is easy to use and handle. The handset measures 132mm in height, 56mm in width and 11.7mm in thickness. The front panel features a TFT display of 2.8-inches which provides a resolution of 320x240 pixels. The physical keys are well placed and quite responsive to the inputs.

Hardware and Software

The device comes equipped with a SC6531C chip-set. It has an internal memory of 64 + 64 MB. The user can store a long list of 1000 contacts to its phonebook memory. The phone also has the capacity to store 500 SMS's.

Telephony and Messaging

This dual SIM phone operates at GSM 900/1800 MHz network frequencies. There is a SMS facility available for the device which is featured with a T9 dictionary in order to facilitate typing.

Camera

The Sansui S281 has a primary camera of 0.3 MP which is featured with a digital zoom and provides a photo resolution of 640x480 pixels. There is no front-facing camera present in this phone to make video calls.

Connectivity and Battery

The connectivity attributes of the device includes GPRS, EDGE, hands-free and Bluetooth connectivity. The Sansui S281 is packed with a Li-ion 2000 mAh battery to ensure a better usage time.
