Symphony Roar A50 is a KitKat based smartphone announced in December, 2014. It comes with dual SIM functionality with single color option. It works on 3G (HSDPA 2100 MHz) network frequency. It has the same reference design and hardware specifications that the other Android smartphones came with. It comes in a pack with charger, handset, headset, USB cable, battery, user manual and warranty card. The features and specifications are discussed below:

Display and Dimensions

The Android One smartphone flaunt a 4.5-inch IPS display carrying a resolution of 854x480 pixels. It is a multi- touch device which has 16 Million color support. It is designed by using a bar format and its dimensions are measured as 132x66x9.1mm.

Processor and Operating System

Powering the smartphone is a dual core MediaTek processor that ticks at 1.3 GHz clock speed and 1 GB of RAM for swift multitasking. It works on Android v4.4.4 KitKat with Android One OS.

Camera and Storage

It comes equipped with 5MP auto-focus primary camera with LED flash which is used to take pictures in low light conditions. For the purpose of selfies and video calls, there is 2MP front shooter which carries a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels. The storage department of the handset comprises of 8GB of internal memory that can be expanded externally by another 32GB by using memory card.

Connectivity and Battery

The dual SIM smartphone is loaded with Bluetooth, GPS, USB, Wi-Fi, EDGE and GPRS connectivity aspects. It is backed by Li-Ion 1780 mAh battery which is rated to deliver a talktime of up to 11.6 hours and standby time of Up to 398 hours.
