XOLO is an India based smart device manufacturer that is headquartered in Noida. It was formed in the year 2012 and since then it has availed a successful range of technologically superior products. XOLO Q1000 Opus 2 is the successor of Q1000 Opus that comes fully loaded with host of exciting features.

Design and Display

Its dimension figures includes a height of 143 mm, width of 73 mm and thickness of 9.3 mm. Talking about its looks, it has a slim and trendy body carved in a bar format with curved ends. This makes it easy to hold and carry in pocket. The front is adorned with a 5 inches qHD IPS capacitive touchscreen and three touch sensitive buttons beneath it. Its back panel looks professional with only a camera affixed on the top.

Hardware and Software

XOLO Q1000 Opus 2 has a competent configuration working under its sleek body. The heart is a Quad Core Snapdragon 200 MSM8212 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and paired with 1 GB RAM. It has also integrated the Android v4.3 Jelly Bean Operating System with the 4 GB of on-board storage which is expandable up to 32 GB with a microSD card. Adreno 302 GPU has been made responsible for the graphics quality of the phone.

Telephony and Messaging

It is a Dual SIM device that keeps your both SIM connections active all the time. It operates on the 2G and 3G network frequencies. For messaging, it supports SMS, MMS, Email and IM along with the inbuilt Social Networking Services. Presence of voice memo feature helps you to send / receive voice messages and T9 dictionary and Predictive text input feature helps in typing faster and accurately.

Camera

The device performs well on the camera front. Its 8 MP rear shooter with auto-focus feature takes good photographs. Even if the light is dim, its LED Flash feature would not let you down. User can record high definition videos with its camera. Plus the availability of 2 MP front facing camera enables video calling and selfies.

Entertainment

Apart from good looks, the device also comes loaded with quite a few goodies to quench your entertainment needs.
