Xolo Q1020 is a mid-range smartphone announced in November, 2014. It offers you the scope to flaunt something out of the box with its sleek wooden finish chassis. Design and Display

It flaunts a 5-inch IPS multi-touch display with HD resolution (1280x720 pixels) and a pixel density of 294 ppi. Covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, the screen resists fingerprints and scratches easily. Designed by using a bar format, it has got a got a height of 143 mm, a width of 71 mm and a thickness of 8.7 mm. The main attraction of this device is its wooden outfit. XOLO has released this handset with sensors like magnetometer, accelerometer, proximity and ambient light sensor.

It drives its processes with a 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor based on MediaTek MT6582 chipset. Xolo Q1020 is paired with 1 GB RAM thereby giving seamless multitasking experience. In order to manage rich graphics on the sharp display, it features Mali 450 GPU. It runs on Android v4.4 KitKat operating system.

Camera and Storage

The 13MP rear snapper having digital zoom and auto-focus offers a picture resolution of 4128x3096 pixels. The camera is capable of capturing images even in low light conditions. At the front panel, there is 2 MP camera to capture selfies. It supports 8 GB internal memory that can be further expanded upto 32 GB with help of memory card slot.

On the connectivity side, it is equipped with connectivity options such as bluetooth v4.0, micro USB 5pin, GPS, GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi HotSpot and WLAN support. It is energized by Li-Pol 2100 mAh battery that promises upto 3 hours talktime and 487 hours standby time on 2G network and 13 hours talktime and 454 hours standby time on 3G network.

The XOLO Q1020 comes loaded with entertaining attributes such as 3.5mm audio jack, music player, video player, voice recording, video recording, image viewer and games. The user can use 'Facebook' and 'Twitter' and can enjoy chats with friends and relatives. Other features offered by the company includes alarm clock, organiser and calendar.
